MASS TRANSIT ACADEMY
The Mass Transit Academy is the SNCF Group's Center of Excellence for rail in dense areas.
It offers 4 main services to reinforce, distribute and promote SNCF's Mass Transit system expertise:
- A training center for understanding both dense-area operations and customer behavior (social psychology and Nudge).
- A center of expertise, with the capitalization and distribution of knowledge and best practices, benchmarks and learning expeditions.
- A network of networks, including the development of young talents through the #Mass Transit Young network
